Right Shoulder Injuries - Medical Illustration, Human Anatomy Drawing
This stock medical exhibit features two skeletal views of the right shoulder comparing the two pre-operative conditions of the same shoulder just before undergoing two separate surgical procedures. The first image clearly reveals scuffing on the undersurface of the rotator cuff, a SLAP lesion of the glenoid labrum, subacromial impingement and widespread synovitis. The second image features a pre-operative image of the same shoulder just before subsequent surgical repairs. This image clearly reveals a partial rotator cuff tear, a tear of the biceps tendon, a Bankart labral tear and continued subacromial impingement and significant synovitis.
