Debridement and Skin Grafting of Face - Medical Illustration, Human Anatomy Drawing
This exhibit depicts second and third degree burns of the face, ears, neck and chest. Also shows initial debridement of the face, harvesting of split-thickness skin grafts (a Brennen skin graft mesher was used in this case) and placement of skin grafts over the face and neck using skin clips and sutures.
