This exhibit depicts osteophyte complex at multiple levels of the cervical spine: at C3-4, C4-5, C5-6 and C6-7 with central spinal canal stenosis at C5-6. Surgery is performed at C5-6 and C6-7 vertebral levels.\r\nThe disc material is removed, a structural allograft is countersunk into position at this two levels and a plate is affixed to the vertebral bodies of C5, C6,and C7.
