This stock medical exhibit features one large anterior cut-away view of the male abdomen revealing the contents of the abdominal cavity. The small intestine is removed so that the kidneys and posterior abdominal wall are seen behind the cut-away view of the large intestine and the course of the ureters are clearly shown. The left ureter appears transected and there is free air in the upper abdomen as well as free fluid around the liver and parabolic gutters.\r\n\r\nAn inset enlargement of the lower left quadrant is included clearly revealing the transected left ureter.
